Each participant gets for the participation fee:
- A place for his/her tent on the tour’s tent sites;
- Description of the route with information about places and sightseeing, recommendations for accommodation, catering, bike repair and other services;
- Assistence of the organisators on route, cultural program and all other questions;
- First medical and technical aid (special costs to be covered speraretly);
- Leading transport during the tour;
- Special surprises by organizers and sponsors....
Furthermore (for extra fee)
- Luggage transport;
- Special maps and travel literature;
- Bicycle repair and spare parts
Conditions of participance
- Age of participant: 18 years, younger participants only with parents or legally confirmed persons.
- Each participant has to know and keep the traffic rules.
- The organisers do not take responsibility for the actions of the tour participants and for lost personal property
Each participants needs:
- Bicycle, safe for the use in public traffic (with working brakes, reflectors and lamps);
- An ID card (for Lithuanian – with picture; for foreigners – PASSPORT);
- A travel insurance;
- Money for participation fee (if not paid in advance).
- Youth under 18 age: Legally (by notarian/lawyer) confirmed permission of the parents to participate in the tour with an observing person.
Recommended:
- “Tourist’s inventory” (Sleeping bag, matte, tend, gas or gazoline cooking stove);
- detailled maps (eg.: M1:130 000) could be purchased during the tour.;
- money for the bike repair, maps, catering, museums, excursions etc.
